Location

Finding the perfect location is just the beginning of the planning process. We will recommend sites for the rehearsal dinner and the wedding ceremony and reception, and help clients find the perfect setting.

Vendors

From invitations to flowers, caterer, cake, photographer and entertainment, we will help clients find vendors that best suit their needs and fit their budget.

Design

We can create a design for the whole event or bring a client’s vision to life.

Guest Services

Once the location is picked, it is time to book the client and guest accommodations. We can negotiate room blocks, as well as put together welcome baskets and provide suggestions for travel, local entertainment, and dining.

Production management and Event Day Coordination

We coordinate all aspects of the production as needed the week prior to, and on the day of the event. We hold client and vendor meetings as required during the planning stage. To ensure that things run smoothly, a detailed production schedule is created for the bridal party, vendors and family. Nothing is left to chance; vendors know where they need to be and family and wedding party guests are informed early of important weekend and event day activities.

Soirée also plans corporate events and other social occasions.
