Design

We can create a design for the whole event or bring a client’s vision to life.

Guest Services

Once the location is picked, it is time to book the client and guest accommodations. We can negotiate room blocks, as well as put together welcome baskets and provide suggestions for travel, local entertainment, and dining.

Production Management and Event Day Coordination

We coordinate all aspects of the production as needed the week prior to, and on the day of the event. We hold client and vendor meetings as required during the planning stage.

Soirée also plans weddings and corporate events.
