Design

We can create a design for the whole event or bring a client’s vision to life.

Guest Services

If the corporate event requires travel for some guests, we can negotiate room blocks, as well as put together welcome baskets and provide suggestions for travel, local entertainment, and dining.

Production Management and Event Day Coordination

We coordinate all aspects of the production as needed the week prior to, and on day of the event. We hold client and vendor meetings as required during the planning stage. Nothing is left to chance.

Other Events

From golf tournaments to wine-tasting, Soirée is also available to help coordinate and plan additional activities surrounding the event.

Soirée also plans weddings and other social events.
